Can Donald Trump utilize songs against a musician's will?

Port White's electricity device "files suit fascists", wrote the frontman of The White Lines on Instagram on September 9th. The "fascist" is actually Donald Trump, that recently utilized the band's most pop music, "Seven Country Army", in a campaign video recording. Mr White wishes him to cease. He signs up with a lengthy list of musicians that contest Mr Trump using their popular music: Abba, Celine Dion, Beyoncu00e9, Foo Fighters, the properties of Isaac Hayes and Sinu00e9ad O'Connor as well as Johnny Marr of The Smiths-- and those are just the objectors coming from this year.
